Raynor Naturopathic Massage has the ability to release deep rooted tension...and sometimes that tension was created by a big emotions and therefore needs to be expressed for the tension to release. Anger, sadness, and loss to name a few. 

Sometimes deep rooted tension was created by long hours of work over many years. Or perhaps is a combination of both.

Whatever the case may be, I am here to guide you through, deep breathe, and work with you at a place you are comfortable with. 

Emotional/Deep rooted tension release sessions require 3 hours to allow the body to fully relax, release deep seeded emotions and/or tension and then come back to a grounded state.
